Payment in full is required to secure your space on the course, hotel accomodation and catering. You will be asked to provide dietary requirements and food allergy information after you book. Please provide any dietary requirements no later that 48hrs before the course start date.
A 20% admin fee will be charged if cancelling attendance with under 4 weeks notice. Cancellations with over 4 weeks notice will be subject to a 10% admin fee.
If the organiser cancels the course you will get a full refund, but the organisers are not responsible for any of your expenses incurred. Should there be any change to the course schedule delegates already booked will have first priority on new dates. We do run a waitlist. So if the course you would like to attend is full add yourself to the list and if a space becomes available we will offer it to those on the waitlist. When new dates for the course become available everyone on the waitlist will be notified.
